This article is based on the present stage of the research achievements of the ancient Egyptian jewelry at home and abroad, through a large number of ancient and modern books query, reading and sorting for plant and animal pattern of the ancient Egyptian jewelry.After combing the plant and animal pattern which based on the pantheistic view behind the symbolism by using a combination of integrating classification analysis, the author extract the conclusion to carry out the creation of the paper.In this paper, the research is discussed on four content parts.In the first part,according to the causes of the formation of animal and plant worship ideas,the writer analyzed the ancient Egypt’s natural environment,social condition, the influence of culture that impact on Egypt’s plant and animal patterns of jewelry,respectively.This part focuses on analyzing integrated the development history of the ancient Egyptian fetishism,combing elaborated that fetishism has played an important role in promoting the development of the plant and animal patterns in Egyptian jewelry.Meanwhile, the plant and animal patterns jewelry are taken as a breakthrough point to understand the culture of ancient Egypt design and this paper is established on the understanding. In the second part,the writer has a close glimpse about how to classify the plant and animal patterns in Egyptian jewelry, including taking the snake, the eagle, the scarab be the representative of the animal patterns of jewelry,let the lotus and chrysanthemum to represent the plant patterns of jewelry and then expounds the core of each kind of typical patterns of symbolic meaning that cause of formation and the design characteristic, respectively. Part three is on the foundation of analyses of the formal two parts, to further explore what kind of Influence the ancient Egyptian jewelry material significance,and jewelry design form has showed on the ancient Greece and Rome and other regions typical design period’s jewelry design form and style. Through the practical field investigation, case analysis about the problems appear on the application of ancient Egyptian animal and plant pattern of jewelry in the modern jewelry market and design mode. And then established the creation point,clear the direction of the creative design. In the fourth section, by trying to draw the design diagram the author aiming at the form renovation and the concept’s inheritance of animal and the ancient Egyptian plant and animal pattern jewelry as the main design idea, after that the application of the academic value and commercial value should be further discussed is pointed out.At the end of the article,the writer use the cultural significance of the the ancient Egyptian animal and plant pattern in jewelry design based on her individual understanding draw the conclusion that whether it is from the analysis of the symbolic meaning and the implication of design behind the ancient Egyptian animal and plant pattern jewelry or is committed to the deep analysis and of it, the ancient Egyptian plant and animal pattern which appears in the ancient civilization of the vector form should be as a source of hints of modern jewelry design, the motivation of the vault, to arouse the imagination of beauty and design which has been always in the heart of each one of us.
