China attaches great importance to the development of urban cultural brand for the time and soon, from unconscious to conscious attention to urban culture brand, resulting in many cities blindly more wind, lost their personality, no sense of presence. At present, many cities in China have gradually realized the importance of urban cultural brand building for the future development of cities and the "creative city" as the new trend of the future urban development, and the land will be the cultural and creative industries, cultural and creative industries, because from the beginning of economy, culture and politics of the world played a great role in promoting.In this paper, taking Guangzhou city as an example, discusses the beginning, reviews the related theory of the cultural and creative industries, cultural and creative industries, cultural city brand and city brand culture of the three aspects, and expounds the influence of the cultural and creative industry and city culture brand of city development, the development of cultural and creative industry park is an important the means of the cultural and creative industries, cultural and creative industry park can promote city cultural soft power, as the combination of culture and economy in the new period of the body, can not only increase the government revenue and the protection of city resident employment rate, can protect the historical and cultural city, the formation of the city cultural brand. At the same time, put forward the "creative city" this point of discussion, from the opposite proved why city culture brand to start from the cultural and creative industries.The detailed analysis from the three aspects of the development of Guangzhou cultural and Creative Industry Park, an overview of the development pattern and the classification of the types of Guangzhou City Industrial Park, the main government policy oriented, industry leader or project oriented, historical buildings and transformation of the "three old" type, the artist spontaneous agglomeration and real estate cluster; according to the type of classification the enterprises in the park can be divided into ten categories. On the basis of detailed, SWTO analysis the disadvantage, opportunities and challenges, in Guangzhou Park.Based on the above analysis found, that the field research and the problems in the process of the cultural and creative industries in Guangzhou city to create urban culture brand development strategy. We should proceed from the following six points:to absorb a total of "industrial land" development mode of management, culture and good at management and technology creative talents and innovative service mode, improve the industrial chain and the importance of intellectual property protection, creative cities to actively join the global creative cities network and improve the Industrial Park to accelerate the implementation of the "going out" strategy.This paper discusses the cultural and creative industries and urban culture brand of both concepts and relations, clear understanding of cultural and Creative Industries Park Cultural and creative industry and the direct relationship between form and function, and the "creative city" will be in the new trend of urban cultural brand development. Taking Guangzhou as a case, analysis of the cultural and creative industry park for the city cultural brand building services need to proceed from the aspects of development, provides a reference model for the development of urban culture brand in our country.
