In modern society increasingly tense relationship between doctors and patients, nurses deeply troubled by occupation pressure problems, mental health need to become the object of attention of researchers. If we want to establish an effective system of mental health services, one important thing needed to do is researching the intention to seek professional psychological help. According to the previous research on professional psychological help seeking intention, a survey about nurses’intention to seek professional psychological help, stigma, attitude toward seeking professional psychological help and so on, provide a theoretical and practice reference for mental health service for the paramedics.This research mainly includes two aspects:one aspect is the study of nurses’ intention to seek professional psychological help, on the other hand is the impact of stigma, attitudes toward seeking professional psychological help and other factors on the intention of help seeking. The first part through semi-structured interviews, combined with factor analysis to determine the structure of the questionnaire. Then using the confirmatory factor analysis test, make the questionnaire of the paramedics’intention to seek professional psychological help. Combined with the ATSPPHS, public and self-stigma of seeking professional psychological help questionnaire, to explore the influence of these factors on the intention to seek professional psychological help, the results found:1) The questionnaire of the paramedics’intention to seek professional psychological help includes work events and life events two aspects.2) The questionnaire of the paramedics’intention to seek professional psychological help has good reliability and validity.3) There are significant differences in the only-child-or-not on seeking professional psychological help intention questionnaire score. The paramedics’who not contact with psychology public-stigma scores were significantly higher than those contact with psychology.4) There are significantly positively correlation between paramedics’ intention to seek professional psychological help with attitude toward seeking professional psychological help. There are significantly negative correlation between paramedics’ intention to seek professional psychological help with public stigma. There are significantly negative correlation between paramedics’ attitude toward seeking professional psychological help with public stigma and self-stigma.5) Attitude toward seeking professional psychological help mediate the relationship between paramedics’intention to seek professional psychological help with self-stigma and public-stigma.
