There is a universal feature of men to seek professional psychological help In college counseling, Man who go to seeking professional were generally below normal. Some scholars have pointed out that male gender attitudes may have an impact. Men should show masculine and decisive, which is praised by parents and society. The "boys do not cry" is also a requirement for men, Man who disclosed to others or express personal feelings will be thought improper with his male character in Chinese traditional societyMen suffer these gender roles in society.They need to be competitive in their work, not be too close with other man and not exposed their feelings to other person. Men who seek psychological help will have more pressure than female in this male gender roles demanding environments, because seek psychological help dosen’t conform to their gender roles. If man comply with these gender roles too much, it will cause gender role conflict. Under the influence of gender role conflict individuals would think it is a shame to seek psychological help. Thus their attitude toward Psychological help will become negative and finally the behavior that seek psychological help will be reduced.This paper aims to study the relationship of male gender role conflict, seek psychological stigma and seek psychological attitudes.This paper aims to test the intermediary model on male gender role conflict and psychological help attitude, and test the course of psychological influence on the psychological help attitude and seek help stigma. This paper also examine the psychological experience influence on the seek psychological attitude and seek help stigma.After a literature review and survey research, this study confirms the stigma of psychological help mediate between the male gender role conflict and psychological assistance attitudes. High gender role conflict would holding some negative attitude on seeking psychological help and these one-sided perception, understanding would lead them hold negative attitudes to seek psychological help. Attending the psychology course will affect the mental attitude, those who attend courses hold a more positive attitude to psychological help.Experience in the psychological have an significant difference on the seek psychology help and seek psychology stigma.
