The psychological help is refers to the individual in the face of psychological and emotional difficulties,to ask others for help to solve the process of psychological distress to help,according to the object of professional or not,and is divided into professional psychological help-seeking and non-professional psychological helpseeking.In order to explore the reason why people do not want to seek help from mental health workers,researchers in the field of psychology has always been carried out in the study found that many factors,including individual psychological symptoms,family and social factors and psychological factors are affecting health workers or hindering individuals seeking professional psychological help.Although previous studies have gotten many significant results,but the researchers were focused on seeking professional psychological help,while ignoring the role of non-professional psychological help.In this study,the potential and the direct realistic influencing factors of College Students' professional psychological help seeking and non-professional help-seeking were investigated.Based on the campus environment of University,seeking help from psychological counselor represents the professional psychological help seeking,and seeking help form psychological monitor represents the non-professional psychological help seeking.And,the potential impact factors refers to the individual characteristics and experiences,mainly refers to the interpersonal trust,a sense of security,attribution,life satisfaction and demographic variables in this study,the direct reality factor refers to the surface factors of college students in deciding whether to turn the first consideration,these factors are more easily found,are more likely to change and direct intervention the research results can provide better maneuverability suggestions for school mental health work.The main conclusions are as follows:1.College students have strong desire for professional psychological help seeking,and non-professional psychological help seeking intention is relatively weak.2.Members were experiencing psychological help seeking had significant predictive effects on College Students' professional psychological help seeking intention and non professional psychological help seeking intention,once turned over class psychological commissioners of college students are more willing to help counselors and class psychological commissioners,help counselors experience were significant predictors of the professional psychological help will help counselors of College students are more willing to once again.3.Gender had a significant predictive effect on College Students' professional psychological help seeking intention.Female students were more willing to seek professional counselors than male students,but gender had no significant predictive effect on non-professional psychological help seeking.4.Life satisfaction had significant predictive effects on College Students' nonprofessional psychological help seeking intention,life satisfaction of college students are more willing to help the high class psychological commissioners,but did not significantly predict the life satisfaction of rent seeking professional psychological help.5.Interpersonal trust significantly predicted college students' psychological help seeking and non-professional psychological help seeking,and students with higher interpersonal trust were more willing to seek help from class psychological Committee and professional counselors.6.The sense of security has a significant predictive effect on College Students' psychological help seeking and non-professional psychological help seeking,and the higher the sense of security,the more willing to help the class psychological Committee and professional counselors.7.Attribution has a significant predictive effect on College Students' professional psychological help seeking intention,and internal attribution college students are more willing to ask for psychological counseling,while attribution has no effect on College Students' non-professional psychological help seeking intention.8.The locus of the family and whether the only child had no significant predictive effect on professional and non-professional psychological help9.In reality factors affecting college students' psychological help,students pay more attention to professional counselors,and of class psychological monitor pay more attention to their personal attributes,such as their age,the same sex.
