Thing’s Reenchantment And The Materiality Criticism Of Literary

In both the Chinese and foreign literature and the history of literary criticism, things always occupy a very important position and it involved in the production of literary significance, because of that materiality are the value and the external reference system of literature since ancient times. However, the relationship between literature and material has been affected by economic base and superstructure in literary theory and criticism studies, and scholars always regard material culture with suspicion and wariness, As a result, the material in literature and literary theory are thoughtlessly excluded or overlooked, and rarely think in terms of multi-dimensional sight, or to reflect the position of material culture. Since the 20th century, philosophers and scholars have turned their attention to the material study, from multi-field, multi-angle, multi-level attention to pursue research of the material in literature and art, showing a new trend of research called the poetics of materiality,which was regarded as one of the potential trends in literary theory. At the same time, because the term "Materiality" have absorpted complexity, paradox, ambiguity meaning in the development process, it is also a challenges in cultural studies and literary theory criticism.In recent years, the relationship between literature and material gradually got the attention and further questioning by some scholars, making it to be faced and unfolding, which has been ignored in the history of Literary theory, and a further study has been started. Based on this, the framework to be determined on the basis of previous studies. We take literature research, interdisciplinary study and theory research as the main research methods and attempt to use "material’s Re-enchantment and litery theories of Materiality" as the theme, try to discuss from theoretical background, the content dimension, the value of significance. The full text is divided into four chapters:The first chapter is an introduction, first overview of the research topic in itself, demonstrate the necessity, legality and possibility of this article topic, followed by an overview of the current status of research and article topics related to domestic and foreign, then on the basis of the summary we present the real significance of this writing and logical structure.The second chapter describes Material’s Enchantment, Disenchantment and Re-enchantment in the history of Western Literary Criticism, from what, why, how and other dimensions to do the description,and wish to do the literary criticism practice and to generate a new dimension from the perspective of Re-enchantment.The third chapter discusses the specific dimensions of the material of literary criticism in detail, from the materiality of text and language, the new Marxist materialism materiality, the subject and body and the world and object, try to take internal element (language, text, etc.) and external element (objects, subject, etc.) and "four elements of literary" (works, world, authors and readers)into consideration,so that we can discuss the material of literary in a comprehensive and de-path way.The fourth chapter discusses the ecological significance of materical of the literary criticism, in other words, it is about the social and cultural impact in the e process of re-enchantment, and analyzed the value of adjusting the relationship between people and nature world. Hoping through such discussion, we can do better in dealing with cultural and ecological crisis and redraw a new blueprint of people and nature. The conclusion part reviewed the paper briefly and looked into the future of the material study in literary theory.Through the discussion, the purpose of this thesis is that we can find the material dimension and its "charm" which was buried or neglected in the development of literature study, and take this as attmpt, the ultimate goal is to guide the significance and spiritual values of human existence, so that they become contemporary human spiritual life is an important component.
