In teaching Chinese as a foreign language, vocabulary is an important part of, but from the students’ learning, it seems there is a lot of errors and the errors are existed when students begin to learn Chinese, with the deepening of learning errors will be more and more. Especially in the English-speaking foreign students in the learning time is always a verb all sorts of problems.As the saying goes, should with verbs in vocabulary teaching, it tells us that in the process of vocabulary learning, the verb is the focus of the students learning, is also a difficulty. Investigate its reason, in addition to complex Chinese verb itself the vocabulary system, and learners’ internal factors, such as learning strategy and communication strategy, negative transfer of mother tongue, cultural factors and external factors such as learning environment.In reaction to the phenomenon, this article based on HSK dynamic corpus, in Britain, the United States, Canada, Australia, four countries of English-speaking countries are 256 students in the composition of the verb as the main study object, inspects its usage, summarizes bias types, find out the cause of the errors, put forward reasonable Suggestions, so that the students to better grasp the verb, and accurately grasp the Chinese vocabulary, to achieve the effect of eventually learn Chinese better. This article is divided into six parts altogether, the first part is introduction, mainly introduced the research object verb,analyzing its research status, including its definition, scope and distinguish) and the research significance, for after a verb errors types and causes of, and then from three aspects: meaning, form and grammar analysis of the differences and similarities between Chinese English verbs. On the basis of the usage of verbs and surveyed the students, analyzed the types of errors,roughly analyzes the semantic, pragmatic, grammar and so on several aspects, this paper analyzes the main types of errors: international students wrong sequence, misuse, loss of muscle,, collocation is improper, and so on, and then on the basis of the specific analysis of the cause of errors,In the last part of the article is mainly based on the aforementioned types of errors and reasons put forward the Suggestions and countermeasures of teaching, finally has carried on the summary, briefly summarize the article put forward the point of view, and put forward should do in the verb teaching Chinese as a foreign language, and students should learn how to correct the verbs, etc.
