Since China’s reform and opening up, China’s rapid economic growth, and urbanization advancement speeding up unceasingly, the urbanization rate in China has development from 20% in the early 80 s to 53% in 2012. The construction of urban infrastructure development determines the development of city, more than 30 years of reform and opening-up, the country has completed more than 40000 one hundred million yuan investment in highway traffic infrastructure construction, the development of transport infrastructure and improve the powerful supporting the rapid development of economy in our country. However, traffic development and land use there is a lack of cohesion between phenomenon, lead to the low efficiency when using traffic facilities, ecological balance is destroyed. So the relation between traffic development and land use, it is of great significance to research on the mechanism of land use change transportation development, to improve the traffic development and the coordination between land use degree, improve the utilization rate of the traffic facilities, saving land resources, protect the ecological environment, to transportation development and provides the reference for the harmonious development of land use.In this article, the location theory, land rent theory as a foundation for this paper studies the basic theory, and based on theory, under the support of construction of traffic development mechanism analysis of the impact of land use change, the impact on the land economic effect from traffic development and traffic development two aspects to the influence of the spatial distribution of land use change were analyzed, and it is concluded that the traffic development mechanism of the impact of land use change is: with the improvement of the traffic development of traffic infrastructure, regional traffic of degree increasing, the area of location advantages were promoted, so as to attract a large number of people, logistics, and capital investment, the development degree of increase is bound to promote regional economic value of land; Traffic as artificial corridor, with space to attract and space exclusive effect, the development of the traffic will cause change of land use distribution in space. In guanghan, sichuan province as study area, guanghan road traffic information collection, the land price of sample data, guanghan second land use updating investigation data in 2009 and 2012, the land use updating data, using SPSS and Arcgis software to collect the raw data for processing and research. Through the study of the correlation of factors influencing the land price of traffic analysis, regression analysis, draw the conclusion: the traffic density and the distance from a main road have a obvious impact on land price, and the distance main traffic impact on land price is not obvious, this is because under the influence of the quantity of private cars, leading people to appear more liberalisation, decreased reliance on public transportation. Based on the data of land use status quo of guanghan in 2009 and 2009 were analyzed, and the use of spatial overlay analysis and buffer analysis of traffic corridor effect of the spatial distribution of land use change has obvious influence; The development of the traffic has a significant spatial attracting effect on construction land, and in different distance range have no influence, basic comply with the principle of diminishing corridor; For cultivated land has obvious spatial repellent effect and basic conform to the corridor of diminishing; The traffic corridor effect about the influence of forest land is not significant. Through the empirical analysis of research results, the guanghanlayout of land use planning are also proposed. In the end of the article to summarize the full text and deficiency are put forward.
