Study On Spatial-temporal Pattern Of Land-use Change

Land use reflects the mutual influence and interaction of the most direct and intimate relationship between humans and nature. Study on Land-use change may ease the pressure that the mitigation contradiction between people and land resources bring and resolve the problems that sustainable utilization of land resources. Based on the remote sensing and GIS, the authors used man computer interactive image processing methods to acquire the land use data in 2007, 2010 and 2013, analyzed the spatial-temporal variation of land use in the city of Pengzhou from the rate of land use change, the direction of land use transformation, and the degree of land use. The results can be obtained as follows:(1) The integrated dynamic degree of land use increased from 0.510 during 2007-2010 to 0.489 during 2010-2013,(2)The area of arable land decreased gradually, the rate was increased from1.61% to 2.89% respectively, while the area of residential land increased gradually, the rate of the former increased from 15.78% during 2007-2010 to 4.19% during 2010-2013; The area of forest land decreased during 2007-2010 and increased during 2010-2013(3) The direction of land use change showed similar characteristics during the two periods. Arable land was converted to residential land and forest land mostly, a small part of forest land was converted to unused land.(4) The integrated degree of land use change ranged from-6-17 during 2007-2010 to-17-5 during 2010-2013. Land use has entered a rest period from the rapid development. There is a significant change in land use change degree during 2007-2010, the impact of human activities on the natural environmental showed increasing trends. Changes in the land use degree in which Tongji Town, Long Fengzhen Town is most dramatic. 2010-2013, land use comprehensive level increases slightly, the city of Pengzhou is in the steady development, among them the Sanjie town,Guihua town Lichun town Tongji town Xinxing town reduces greatly. Impact on land use was mainly for increased forestland.(5)From the relative change rate of classified land-use we could know that arable and residential land rate were higher in Longfeng town, Gexianshan town and Danjingshan town. It proved that process of industrialization was rapid in the region and the impact of human activity was more intenser.
