Environmental responsibility to sustain human long-term use of resource. And environmental behavior is under impact of environmental responsibility. This study is divided into three sub-studies.Study I, From Sichuan Normal University choose two classes(effective subjects are 60 people,50 people), and according to different levels of environmental responsibility, two classes of subjects divided into four experimental groups, namely A1(low environmental activation group), A2(high environmental activation group), B1(low environmental inactive group), B2(high environmental inactive group). This study uses 2×2 experimental design to explore two issues, the one is whether the activaton have a significant impact on environmental behavior. Another is to explore in active situations, whether the level of environmental responsibility have different impact on environmental behavior.Study II, selecting four classes called group A(effective subjects are 41 people,1 intervention), group B(effective subjects are 39 people, 2 times intervention), group C(effective subjects are 40 eople, 3 times intervention), group D(effective subjects are 57 people, control group). Before the intervention, each experimental groups were measured their environmental responsibility, and measured again after the intervention one week. This study investigated whether interventions to improve student environmental responsibility. And whether there are different effect.Study III, selected some subjects from A, B, C experimental groups, one month after the intervention of environmental behavior tracking survey. The results of this study,(1) In active situations, the environmental behavior of college students will have a significant improvement.(2) Only in active situations, environmental responsibility impact on environmental behavior.(3) Environmental responsibility can be improved by means of external intervention.(4) Interventions on environmental responsibility are not short-lived effect.
