The Legend of Zhen Huan is a sensational court story work in recent years. It has been four years since it started from 2011, but the Legend of Zhen Huan still very popular. Although the work has been replayed several times, the audience still for viewing this story. The top-rated of the show, however, cannot hide the mass of the anxiety and reflection about the "envy philosophy" in this teleplay. With unique artistic and entertainment to attract the audience, the story attracts the audience with unique arts and entertainment, but ignoring the morality, goodness and love. These problems which lead to experts, scholars, the spontaneous group of hot debate, push the Legend of Zhen Huan into the teeth of the storm, and make it becoming a worth exploring cultural phenomenon, namely "Zhen Huan phenomenon". This article attempts to analyze this special cultural phenomenon from the "Literature and Life" point of view, and hope that through the analysis of social investigation and data, find the causes of this phenomenon, and then discusses the related literature (Culture) production, dissemination and acceptance of literature.The first chapter, the author use the questionnaire survey data as the basis, overview of the current general audience’s acceptance of the situation, analysis marketing stance of the Legend of Zhen Huan including the original carefully adapted media, manufacturing, packaging and several other gorgeous face.The second chapter,through further investigation, the author found that the two phenomena:Firstly, the audience do not like the gentle character, evil characters are recognized, and even sought after; the second is the majority of the audience ignore "criticaF’ in the Legend Zhen Huan, ignoring something full of positive energy, the "vulgar" story always be enjoyed. Through these two phenomena, this chapter focuses on the audience how to treat the intensive "bad" plot, and the bad social phenomenon, reveal the hidden behind the phenomenon of the"social disorder".The third chapter is the key chapter of this article. Based on the phenomenon of people recognized evil theory, research the audience aesthetic psychology and ethics mechanism. Starting from the urban white-collar workers and young students of the two groups, analyze the psychological anxiety and pressure of the audience and how could they find the entertainment from the Legend Zhen Huan.From the perspective of the audience accept motivation of this teleplay in the "privacy" and "miracle" curiosity.Finally, based on the audience in the process of acceptance to participate in the discussion of "KUSO" behavior, Investigate the "lack of belief’ problems today.Last part is summarize, calling for the literature creation bearing ethical responsibility, guide the audiences wihe culture and elegant, and develop the healthy and fresh aesthetic taste.
