The Study Of The Current Stuation And Countermeasures Of Digital Protection Of Cultural Heritage In XiZang

With the rapid development of science information technology and development of modernization, living environment of the nation’s cultural heritage and social structures has changed, the problem how to keep a nation’s cultural heritage authenticity, independence and integrity and how to harmonize with today’s social and cultural development has become a topic to whole society. The corresponding protective countermeasures of practical digital cultural heritage are the core of the cultural heritage to a nation. Now many countries and regions have already embarked on the project about researching digital protection of cultural heritage, many areas in our country have also put the digital protection of cultural heritage into the plan of cultural industry.In this paper, according to the domestic and foreign theory and practice on the management of digital cultural heritage protection and combined with the actual situation of Xi Zang ethnic cultural heritage digital, we make deeply and broadly study in the protection of cultural heritage management. Firstly, we analysis the digital cultural heritage protection theory and practice both at home and abroad, sum up the advanced theory and experience can be used for reference, which offer appropriate measures for the protection of Xi Zang’s cultural heritage digitization work and provide theoretical and practical basis. Secondly, the author knows good achievements and the existing problems in the cultural heritage protection work clearly by analyzing and surveying the current situation of Xi Zang’s cultural heritage digital protection by field study method, interview method,comparative analysis method and so on. Moreover we have analyzed the problems in all aspects. Finally, We should put forward to the corresponding protective countermeasures compatible with Xi Zang’s economic and cultural development through summarizing and drawing lessons from the domestic and foreign experience of digital cultural heritage protection and combining with the main problems existing in the protection of digital cultural heritage in Xi Zang from these aspects such as changing ideas, perfecting the laws, strengthening the cultivation education and government support and so on. The purpose of this paper means to explore the practical protection for the Xi Zang’s local management strategies and provide the reference for the local government and the Xi Zang’s culture departments through the analysis of digital protection’s mechanism of cultural heritage in Xi Zang.
