Jean Marie Gustave Le Clézio(1940-), a famous Franch wirter and one of the leading figure of Franch literary area who won the Nobel Prize in literature of 2008. The Research of Le Clézio’s vagrant theme throughout his works,as he said“I come from a wandering in the world of family,the moment has to start on genes”,three are not only the succession of the traddition of western vagrant literature but also the fusion of his own experience and feelings.So here I analyze the ecological consciousness, utopianism and multicultural perspective in Le Clézio’s works through nature, individual and society these three levels from his own experience and ideas of vagrant,and try to explore the profound value and significance behind the consciousness of vagrant of his works through perusing Le Clézio’s works.There are three parts preface,main text and conclusion in this article.The preface introduces Le Clézio’s life experiences and literary creation briefly,the current status of research of his works from both home and abroad researchers,and states the significance of topic choose and research ideas.There are three chapters of the main text:the first chapter analyzes the reality of western society reflected by the theme of vagrant,namely the damage and pillage of nature caused by modern civilization,and the squeeze and destroy to human living and spiritual space,emphasizes some opinions of ecologism to indicate the reason that human wants to get rid of the predicament is they want to escape from the modern civilization and pursue the spiritual home and shows the direction of way out to the protagonist who lost in the city in this dimensionality is return to the natural village through the perusal of“Le proces-verbal”and“La Guerre”etc.The second chapter emphasizes at the figure’s spirit world,indicates that the figure yearns and pursues“elsewhere”during his vagrancy,and give the endless hope to modern human who want to find a poetical residence through the realistic meaning of Utopia.The third chapter states his research and attention to humanity and culture inclusive and exclusive of leading civilization and the query to modern western civilization from marginal group and ancient civilization.
