M.H.Abrams divides all the problems that poetics and criticism theory concern into four aspects: world, works, author and reader. It will not work over the problem of Naipaul's reader's accepting in the paper, but focus on the analysis of author, works and world. The semi-autobiography and style intermixing character and post colony view of Naipaul's creation make Naipaul, Naipaul's works and the world his works reflect form into a particular relation. Therefore, the unit of author (Naipaul)—works—world is named Naipaul writing in this paper.First, Naipaul writing has sharp-cut vagrant quality. Viewing form Naipaul's life course, his fleeting writing track, contrary emotional experience and floating psychology reflect that he writes while he tramps; considering Naipaul's works, once he created the first works Miguel Street, the description about run-away appears constantly, hereby, his works present the pattern of "go away—away again", which puts up the vagrant condition of homeless people. To conclude, Naipaul's writing style is a kind of vagrant writing.Second, Naipaul's Vagrant Writing Style shows a pessimistic mood, which is the experience of sorrow for the indifferent world and doubts about the meaning of human existence. However, the deed of Vagrant is also a search for survival under desperate situation.Third, seeing from the cause of his writing style, due to the consequence of colonialism, Naipaul is in the midst of several culture conflicts, which resulted in difficulties of cultural approval. The mishap of Naipaul is the common mishap for the people in colony. Through his works, he vividly and concretely demonstrates the difficulties in cultural identification of the people in colony and the process of such difficulties: the cultural aggression of colonizers destructed the colonized people's national memory, and the colonized people have failed to imitate his suzerain. So the people in colony were not only made to alienate from the tradition, also could not establish the new attachment system for themselves, only with contradictory, wandering between new and old, past and present, felt homeless.Fourth, this article considers that Naipaul has always been regarded as a post-colonial writer, but his vagrants writing style actually has the profound relation with the west modernism literature in 20th century, for both of them display their thinking on person's survival situation. Therefore, in Naipaul' works, the side-description of the third world which once had fell to be the colony, is not a description of deliberately vilifying them, rather a exposure of issues in animadvert, finding a way out.
