Study On The Mechanism Of Mongolia Intangible Cultural Heritage In Dong Ujimqin Banner

As a kind of expression form of Mongolian traditional culture, Mongolian intangible cultural heritage has been passed on generation. Mongolian has created rich and colorful intangible cultural heritages through their life and work. With the development of the society modernization, Mongolian intangible cultural heritage shocked by the mainstream of modern culture. There are many intangible cultural heritages have been faced with great challenges. Many people, especially young people run after the foreign culture, such as "foreign culture", "foreign festival". At the same time, out native traditional culture has been neglected and abandoned. Native traditional intangible culture might be losing, because of the aging of the successor or vacancy of successor. There is no successor for some cultural are skills. So, Mongolian intangible cultural heritage has been faced with problematic issues, in the aspects of excavate, neaten, protection and inheriting. Although, the problems of protecting Mongolian intangible cultural heritage has been brought to the attention by the government and some cultural relic sites, there are also many problems with effective management, government-leading, funding, reasonable policies and laws of protections and unreasonable organizational structure installation. It has great meanings of protection Mongolian intangible cultural heritage. It is good for carrying out scientific development viewpoints and sustainable developments of economic and society.I choose the East Ujimqin Banner as my research base. As the foundation of analyzing East Ujimqin Banner’s Mongolian intangible cultural heritage, I will analyze the functions of how the government lead, how the herdsman play a major role, how the social organization attend, and how the agencies and scholars play a part in protecting Mongolian intangible cultural heritage. Thereby how we should do effective protection of the Mongolian intangible cultural heritages of East Ujimqin Banner. At last, I pointed out some operable mechanism for Mongolian intangible cultural heritage of East Ujimqin Banner. Let the agencies and scholars understand the importance and urgency of protecting Mongolian intangible heritage. The government must enhance the honest or clean politics, and management. The herdsman must develop the main function of protecting culture, social organization plays a supplement role, mass media should develop the functions as publicity, and scholars should improve the theoretical direction of protection intangible cultural heritage. Every agencies and public figures should develop their own roles to complete the protection mechanism of East Ujimqin Banner’s Mongolian intangible cultural heritage. We should sustainable develop the protection and inherit the Mongolian intangible cultural heritage.At the first part, I studied the meanings and purposes of East Ujimqin Banner’s Mongolian intangible cultural heritage. There are also domestic and foreign research situation, research techniques, author’s innovation, research approach and technical routes. At the second part, I elaborated the concepts and theoretical basses of intangible cultural heritage. At the third part, I expounded the distributions and important values of East Ujimqin Banner’s Mongolian intangible cultural heritage. At the fourth part, I analyzed the current situations and open questions in protecting East Ujimqin Banner’s Mongolian intangible cultural heritage. At the fifth part, I pointed out some suggestions about building protection mechanism of East Ujimqin Banner’s Mongolian intangible cultural heritage. Thus, it can promote the protection and inherit of East Ujimqin Banner’s Mongolian intangible cultural heritage.
