In these years, the"Intangible Cultural Heritage"has aroused wide concern and came into the focus around the world. However, it is dangerous to take protecting and exploring action blindly under the situation of the smatter to the connotation of the intangible cultural heritage. It not only does not promote the inheritance and development of the intangible cultural heritage, but also become a factitious centralized destruction."Guiyang Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition Centre"is the first public"governmental and corporate cooperation medium", which committed to the intangible cultural inheritance in Guizhou Province. The identity of"governmental and corporate cooperation"makes it have convenient and confidence at the period of driving intangible cultural heritage protecting action. At the same time, the autonomy of the enterprise management helps it give play to flexibility in the maximum level, and carry out new concept, new theory and new strategy so that it can decide more possibility because of realizability.This paper is around the work practice in the Guiyang Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition Centre, it based on the managing theory and scientific theory during the learning process of the MBA courses, such as marketing management, strategic management, consumer behavior, human resources management and so on, and communicated the scientific theory of art, pedagogy, anthropology, social psychology and related knowledge between cultural and creative industry and tourism industry. It is devoting great and prospective ideas to the evolution and spreading work in the intangible cultural heritage, and it provides actual and operable strategy reference to the cultural enterprise managers and protecting workers who are engaging to the intangible cultural heritage.
