Sports dance,owning its competitive and ornamental values, have a widespread development,but it is unable to be one of the Olympic projects,because of the restriction of referees’subjective factors.Through questionnaire investigation and factor analysis,,so as to reference to the development of sports dance referees’judgement abilities and promote sports dance to be one of the Olympic projects as soon as possible.Passing the way of documents and materials、visiting experts、mathematics and physics statistics research methods, the subject analysis and researches the current situation of sports dance referees in Hubei and their influence factors draw the following conclusions:l.The sports dance referees have higher professional technique in Hubei,but unfair judgement may be made for their personal benefit.The managing system of sports dance referees’professional quality should be improved.2.The current rules of sports dance referees should be improved,which cannot be quantized by its judgement factors,so as to a unfair judgement may be created.3.Sports dance referees have a good professional skills and have a better command of Latin dancing than Standard dancing,But many referees have a varying command of Latin dance and stander dance.Most of the sports dance referees have a poor experience in the judgement of sports dance,as they are unable to apply the referee law to practice.Only some international class and national class referees are experienced. sports dance referees’physical constitution is good,which are able to help them overcome obstacles during competitions and maintain physical fitness.To address these problems,this paper put forward following countermeasures:1.Enhancing develop sports dance referees’professional quality,deep the supervision and management system,ensure the equity and justice of competitions.2.Perfecting the current judgement of sports dance referees,improving the enforceability of referees’standard and quantizing the judgement factors,rather than judging subjectively.Having a good command of new judgement system.3.Sports dance referees should boost their professional skills in an all-around way,and thinking highly of the training of scientific research,developing their artistic accomplishment,enforce immediate judgement abilities,enrich experiences of judgement and keep a well physical and psychological quality.
