The Textural Research On Citation Of The Zhuangzi And Xiang Xiu, Sima Biao And Guo Xiang’s Annotation Of Zhuangzi In Li Shan’s Annotation Of Wenxuan

According to monograph on literature of history of the former Han dynasty records: "Zhuangzi have fifty-two articles". Wei-jin metaphysics rise,Xiang Xiu, Sima Biao, Guo Xiang began to write annotation for Zhuangzi at Jin dynasty,but their books’chapter are not same,Xiang Xiu did not finished the annotation for Zhuangzi,his book have twenty volumes and twenty-sixth articles; Sima Biao’s book have twenty-one volumes and fifty-two articles; Guo Xiang’s book have thirty-three volumes and thirty-three articles. A lot of peoples’book have been lost after Song dynasty, in addition to Guoxiang’s book preserved, the rest of the people’s annotations are preserved in Lu Deming’s Jingdianshiwen or some other note books and classification of books. According to statistics, Li Shan’s Annotation of Wenxuan quote eight hundred and five times from Zhuangzi and annotation of Zhuangzi, account for more than half taoist’s literature, is the largest number of reference and words in Li Shan’s Annotation of Wenxuan, in this paper, I am going to make some emendation and collection on Zhuangzi and annotation of Zhuangzi in Li Shan’s Annotation of Wenxuan, and compare with ancient documents and posterity annotations, as a result, I find out some difference and errors between the versions of Zhuangzi, This thesis can be divided into six part:The first part is an introduction of the current research following the research value, research method and an explanation of the version of Wenxuan adopted by this study. The second part to the fourth part are the main body of this thesis, it mainly to do some textual research on the reference of Zhuangzi from Li Shan’s Annotation of Wenxuan, the result shows 667 items were quoted in total, most of the same citations appear in different titles, and the same citations are different patterns at the same time, so I list one by one in the convenient of research. In the Wenxuan version’s aspect, I will use Zhonghua book company’s Annotation of Wenxuan which is photocopied by Hukejia and published in 1977 as a basic book, emendate with Zuli school of Japanese named Mingzhou version’s of six ministers’s Annotation of Wenxuan published by People’s publishing house in 2008, Song version’s six ministers’s Annotation of Wenxuan collected in Shanghai Hanfen floor, Song Chunxi eighth year photocopied by Chiyangjunzhai Youmao’s Annotation of Wenxuan which is collected in National Library of China, thus find out that there are little difference between Mingzhou versions and Jianzhou versions about the citations of Zhuangzi, but they have much difference with Hu versions and You versions, by the research, You versions and Hu versions have more errors actually. Guo Qingfan’s ZhuangziJishi and Wang Xianqian’s ZhuagzifJijie are the best research books on Zhuangzi at Qing dynasty, both of them have highly status on the subject of Zhuangzi’s history, so I will use the two books as mainly reference on Zhuangzi’s versions, emendated with different versions of Annotation of Wenxuan, and I find some errors too. The fifth part is the research of Annotation of Zhuangzi, Li Shan quote three kinds of books of Annotation of Zhuangzi, they are Guo Xiang’s Annotation of Zhuangzi, Sima Biao’s Annotation of Zhuangzi and Xiang Xiu’s Annotation of Zhuangzi, among them,44 items are from Guo Xiang’s Annotation of Zhuangzi; 99 items are from Sima Biao’s Annotation of Zhuangzi, remove duplicate,84 items were quoted in total; 2 items are from Xiang Xiu’s Annotation of Zhuangzi. Guo Xiang’s quotations are all included in his ZhuangzUishi, so the part of Guoxiang’s Annotation of Zhuangzi mainly collate with Guoxiang’s Zhuangzi Jishi. Sima Biao and XiangXiu’s book had been lost, so the two persons’book mainly collate with the related quotations in Guo Xiang’s ZhuangziJishi and Lu Deming’s Textual Reaearch of JingdianShiwen Edition, and then collate with Mingzhou versions, Jianzhou versions and You versions, as a result, I find some errors in Guo Xiang’s Annotation of Zhuangzi, the later annotations and Li Shan’s Annotation of Wenxuan. The sixth part is conclusion,which is given a overall conclusion about the situation of Zhuangzi and Annotation of Zhuangzi quoted by Li Shan’s Annotation of Wenxuan.
