The third part explores the literary impacts caused by the inevitability of West Lake novels’ elegance and popularity from the cultural function of literature, mainly elaborate from the aspects of cultural connotation of the west lake, the cultural taste of West Lake tourism, and the spread of the West Lake culture heritage.This article uses the method of statistics, material sorting to do the text study of the West Lake novels, digging for definite embodiments of West Lake novels’ elegance and popularity as well as to present them, promoting the spread of the West Lake novel and its culture..
