This thesis takes wuhu iron picture industry as the research object, through the recent years the study of the development status of iron picture and the status of the management, which explores the management of the industry design brand building and management strategy of the research. This subject is about the traditional arts and crafts city iron picture brand of existence and development of the situation, and it will help to clarify the wuhu iron picture brand present situation and existing problems of the art, and design management methods to analyze the causes and related business strategy. From field investigation and questionnaire, after the collapse of arts and crafts factory, the wuhu iron picture industry is founded the private nature of the market eight iron picture sales businesses, from the personnel management, product design and development, product promotion and sales. There are some problems of innovation and change from traditional handicraft industry to modern art brand, from the state to the private system.This study begins with the study of Chinese traditional arts and crafts by existing conditions of the wuhu iron picture first, the proposed method uses description analysis and sum-up. The arising problems from the present situation of development dates back to the transformation of traditional arts and crafts time still hasn’t been in combination with the developing trend in the contemporary era, not thinking about industry transformation of sustainable development. So when we give wuhu iron picture today this traditional handicraft industry and summarizes the designed method of the marketing strategy, and shall establish analysis of the designed method of the transformation of traditional handicraft brand marketing strategy. The purpose of this study mainly explores the following:to investigate the wuhu iron picture art brand problems and related designed method; Wuhu iron picture enterprise brand shaping and design management of dialectical relationship; Wuhu iron picture art design strategy transformation and upgrading of the development and execution of brand construction management strategy.The research of design management must implement to the level of practice, and wuhu iron picture art brand design management strategy research is variable with the public life, which needs to change its business strategy. Wuhu iron picture art brand, therefore, the research is based on the on-the-spot investigation Questionnaire interviews and qualitative research understands the interpretation to participate in iron painting crafts designers. Producers sellers buyers operators and other related experience analyze each participant from the description of the relevant experience, to understand iron painting art brand in the market economy and craft tradition of brand transformation in the process of Chinese traditional handicraft in contemporary social development, which leads to the aesthetic changes and the value of the art of creative industry brand construction strategy and path, and the way to final design of brand management in shaping and art theory and the practice significance.
