Before the activities start, the corporation will analyze and evaluate the environments of the products to ensure the success .For a corporation, correct establishment, effective execution, and reasonable evaluation, will assure the achievement of design strategy.The thesis aims to the three-step in design strategy management: establishment, execution, evaluation. With the case study of Leroy Merlin exhibition planning, it has a deep research on one of the three design strategy styles-the image-driven design strategy. Theory together with practice, it helps us to recognize the position and effects of design management in the corporation; helps the corporation to make the effective judgments when executing the design strategy; helps to use suitable design evaluation to increase the probability of success. The SWOT for choice of design strategy and Tiankou Method for the evaluation is an effective way for the achievement of design management. |
