With the rapid development of China's market economy,attracting and retaining talents has become the key to the survival and development of enterprises.In the current changing business environment and increasingly personalized customer needs in the market,the success or failure of a sales force has become a central element in achieving business goals.Sales staff can directly achieve the value of the company's products in the market,is the mainstay of revenue-generating enterprises.Therefore,how to retain outstanding sales personnel,motivate their enthusiasm to create the most value for the enterprise has become a concern of every enterprise and operator.Based on the advanced theories of motivation at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the motivation factors and the connotation of the five elements formed by the motivation mechanism.Through the actual investigation of DS company in the new economy under the internal and external environment,to understand the company's operation,organizational structure,human resources,etc.Using questionnaires and visits to understand employee satisfaction and needs,to investigate the status of the company's incentive mechanism,analysis of the company's incentive mechanism problems,Combined with the actual situation of DS company,Optimize the incentive mechanism of the company from several aspects and make the enterprise develop in a healthy and scientific direction.This paper first introduces the general situation,organization structure and basic situation of salesmen of DS company.Secondly,through the analysis of questionnaire survey data and interview records,the paper analyzes the current situation of sales staff satisfaction and company incentive mechanism.Finally,according to the incentive problems existing in DS company,we put forward the countermeasures and suggestions from five aspects of salary management,performance assessment,enterprise culture,education and training and career development.It will help DS company to establish a scientific and effective incentive mechanism,improve sales staff's satisfaction with the company and enhance the market competitiveness of the company.
