Emotional intelligence has important effects on the growth of individual development, adolescents are in the growth stage, a large number of studies have shown that emotional intelligence will influence the learning burnout of teenagers, the interpersonal relationship and aggressive behaviors and so on. Therefore,it is crucial to improve the emotional intelligence level of adolescents. But in the present, most of the theoretical research of adolescent emotional intelligence carries on the discussion, the research practice is less. The model of Satir are gradually known by people in recent years, but many are workshops and other forms, the theoretical study about it is not so much, especially the internal mechanism to explore the efficacy of the model group produces less, and in the process of practice, we found that the group counseling based on Satir model to the individual’s emotion management ability has obvious intervention effects. Therefore, this study adopts the model of Satir by using group counseling to intervene adolescents’emotional intelligence, on the one hand, to explore new ways to improve the adolescents’emotional intelligence and enrich the practice of adolescents emotional intelligence research, on the other hand, to explore if Satir model can affect teenagers’emotional intelligence, and then discussing the influence of the intrinsic mechanism deeply, to enrich Satir mode of the related research. This study selected some teenagers from a quitting addiction school teenagers in Henan under the age of 12 to 18 as the research object, and randomly divided them into experimental group and the control group, using the psychological therapy of Satir model, in the form of group counseling to the experimental group subjects of emotional intelligence intervention study. The group counseling last for about 8 times,90 min at a time, and we also set the measuring and tracking tests before and after experimental and control group, the scale tool used for the emotional intelligence scale(EIS), and the group members’feeling after the activity is as a supplement, we use SPSS 17.0 Chinese version for data analysis.Data analysis results show that, an independent samples T test is used, test before the experiment, the experimental group and control group have no significant difference (P>0.05), test after the experiment, the two groups have significant differences (P<0.05), and management in their own emotions and emotional dimensions have significant difference (P<0.05), tracking test difference was not significant (P>0.05), but still in emotion perception and emotional dimensions have significant difference (P<0.05); Paired sample T test was carried out on the experimental group, the former test and after test results are in significant differences (P<0.05), especially in the self emotions management and emotional using, a pretest, tracking test have significant difference (P<0.05), especially in the emotional dimension of consciousness, no significant difference, tracking test after test (P>0.05), but the emotional using dimension has decreased significantly (P<0.05).From the perspective of psychological process, the relationship between four dimensions of emotional intelligence is a progressive, self emotions management and ability to apply the dimensions are all a man can do by himself, so by auxiliary intervention emotional intelligence level would be significantly increased, while the others emotion management inferences the analysis of others’ emotions, when individuals aware of others’ emotions, but unable to consciously change it, maybe in order to protect their own self-esteem, anxiety and emotional isolation to defense will exist. Individual emotion management ability and the ability to use emotional might affect their emotional perception, benign circulation helps the individual to reduce defense and perceive more emotion.Satir model by intervening in individuals’ mode of "empathy", namely communication in Satir model, impact the individuals’emotional intelligence. From the point of process, it mainly guides individuals’emotional perception, experience and management ability, from a technical perspective, mainly it makes the individuals conscious their subconscious of "empathy" model, more options for individual emerge, and then the influence of the past and the current situation is separated to strengthen emotional skills. The conclusions of this study are mainly about:(1)The activity scheme in the group counseling of Satir model has timeliness, but the delay effect is poorer; (2) The group counseling of Satir model can significantly improve the level of adolescents’ emotional intelligence through the Through the intervention of "empathy"; (3) the mutual influence exists between the dimensions of emotional intelligence, the single dimension changes will affect the other dimensions.
