Dancing is an art combines morbidezza and strength. It’s a performance art that shows humans’emotion which bases on flexibility and coordination, ensures by strength and endurance. Dancers perform a good dance through complicated body movements and emotion shows. The basic skill is the foundation of dancing. Dancers must be flexible, with enduranced and strength, speed and others during basic skills training.The purpose of this thesis is the discussion of speed and strength influence in dancing which after core strength training of7to9years old dancers. Through the experiment, research is to emphasis the importance of core strength training of7to9years old dancers, to explore and make the plan of core strength training for7to9years old dances. Discuss the speed and strength influence that aroused by core strength training. Hope this thesis could enlighten the teenager dancing instructors on training method and meaning of core strength training the same time.This thesis includes the method of documentary, expert interviews, questionnaire survey, date statistics and experimentation. Discuss the speed and strength influence that aroused by core strength training with30children’s dancing class girls in7to9age as experiment object. Record the result of comparison and get the conclusion as follows:1.through core strength training test could knew that, the mark of4core parts of those subjects’which do the core strength training have improved obviously(p<0.05). The mark of those subjects’which do not do the core strength training have improved too, but only a little bit (p>0.05). It proved the core strength training could arouse an obvious improvement of core parts for teenage dancers.2. through dancing special date could knew that, the mark of reaction speed and strenght in4core parts could be improved obviously (p<0.05) through core strenght training. It proved core strenght training could improve the speed and strength of the dancers in7to9years old efficiently.The conclusion of research is that, after the core strength training, the subjects’ waist, pelvis, hip as whole all core areas of muscle strength has increased, not only for big muscle strength of the system of exercise, to deep inside the small muscles also get exercise at the same time, made more comprehensive strength training. Long-term systematic core strength training may improve the body’s coordination, stability, also let a muscle groups more collaboration to complete different movements. To strengthen the7to9years old children’s dance body quality and ability of learner may have better explosive force in terms of speed, control and stability of the middle part of the body.
