Study On The Application Of Graphic Character In Graphic Design

Characters is a kind of visual symbols recording and conveying language information,an image form presenting people’s thoughts and feelings and also an important carrier forhuman civilization and artistic activities. Both the origin and development of characters aresufficient to prove that the evolution of characters is a constant creation and design processof human on character graphics. In the modern design, the graphical character design stillplays an important role in graphic design. Currently, characters act as the main designelement in the international graphic design world, and also demonstrate their unique charmin poster, sign and other fields. In this paper, taking the graphic character as the entry pointand the study on the evolution, basic connotation and other aspects of graphical charactersinto account, at the same time, through the combination with my own exploration in designcreation process, two aspects are explored, namely, the graphical character design methodin modern graphic design and its application in graphic design, expecting to develop moreperformance methods of graphical character design.
