With the rise of "Chinese fever" all over the world,the HSK has been more andmore popular around for the Chinese language learners around the world. After morethan30years of development, the HSK has gradually come to mature.Based on the research of the New HSK Fifth Level reading title, the purpose is tomaking suggestions for the examinees who join the new HSK Fifth Level exam, andmaking suggestions for the teachers of international education in Chinese teaching. Inthis paper, through the research, we found that the New HSK Fifth Level not only teststhe basic abilities of the examinee,but also pays more attention to students’communicative ability.Firstly,this thesis will assesse the HSK in the entirery,and overall analysis of thereading part in the New HSK Fifth Level.Secondly,This thesis will focus on theanalysis of every kind of the reading propositions,and it includes the followinginterrelated topics:the selected of the materials and the ways of the proposition.Through the research we found that the new HSK Fifth Level reading test has been aprocess of gradient. The examination first focus on the words,and then focus on thesentences and the reading of the passages. The propositional content is extensive, and itinvolves culture, social life, history, literature, philosophy, stories, popular scienceknowledge, health care, humor, and many other aspects. The New HSK Fifth Leveltests the ability of using language and comprehensive analysis ability, and it consistswith the examing outline.This thesis is divided into eight parts. The first chapter is the introduction,and wemainly introduces the new HSK research background and current situation, researchpurpose and significance, research content and method in this chapter. In the secondchapter,we analyzes the examing outline,and introduces the accordance and the formsand the characteristics of the test of the New HSK Fifth Level.The third to the fifthchapter respectively focus on the study of to the cloze topic, the summariae topic andthe passages topic, and respectively studies from the proposition aspects such asmaterial, the thesis topic and thesis answers of the various questions. In the chaptersix,we talks about the minor falt of the reading part,and give some suggestions for theoriginators.We mainly talks about the suggestions for reference and examination that aimed at the candidates who will take the New HSK Fifth Level in the chapterseven.Chapter eight mainly gives some teaching suggestions for the Chineseinternational education teachers.From the research,the author proved that the reading propositions of the new HSKFifth Level complyes the development requirements of today’s HSK.The new HSKFifth Class mainly inspected the proficiency of the Chinese language learners,and it isable to meet the needs of the Chinese learners.The author collected and analyzed verifiable data and research the readingcomprehension system while to provide a guidance for the candidates of the new HSKFifth Level and the Chinese international education teachers.
