In this paper, to study the impact on Chinese education in Indonesia government "assimilation" policy after the second world war. The assimilation policy mainly in three aspects of politics, culture, education, profound influence on Chinese education.Including the implementation of assimilation policy mainly concentrated in the period of sukarno government, suharto government,government, by enacting the nationality policy, education policy, social and cultural aspects of the mandatory policy to assimilate Chinese, the Chinese on the ideology and cultural life constantly it tends to Indonesian society, eliminate the language of the original Chinese culture characteristic, lead to Chinese language education has experienced ups and downs during this period the bitterness of history.In the suharto period the Indonesian government has carried on the reform to "assimilation policy", began to introduce "diversification", change the attitude towards Chinese education comprehensive ban, actively promote Chinese talent training, Chinese language education during this period to get a good recovery and development.For different period after world war ii the Indonesian government adopted a policy of assimilation of the social background, the reasons were analyzed, to predict the trend of the development of Chinese education and Indonesia.
