In recent years, with China’s rapid economic development, it also bring considerable pressure to the local environment. With the development of economy, resource constraints become more prominent. In this case, in order to ensure economic development speed, our country economic structure is changing, from the past the kind of "high input, high energy consumption, high pollution, low output" model to the "low input, low energy consumption, low pollution, high-yield".At the same time China to accelerate transformation of the mode of economic development has a profound international and domestic backgrounds. The global financial crisis has formed a huge external shocks on China’s economic development mode. After proposing the development of cultural industry in the background and conditions, it analyze and demonstrate the media industry how to seize opportunities, adapt to the market, meet the need of economic development, change properly and rightly to the transformation.
