Research On Project Management Performance Of Ordinary Higher School Art Class Specialized Concert

Since2000some of our colleges and universities have opened the arts, as the music art professional students, to participate in a concert or alone in a concert is must experience, but also have important way of art practice credits, and also provides the opportunity to exercise and show themselves, show the teaching results for the teachers and students platform. So how in the ordinary higher school this big environment, art major students successfully organized a concert is the content of this paper.This paper takes the project management, WBS (work breakdown structure) theory and network planning technology is the foundation of the research, adopting the research method of literature study, interview, statistics and analysis method, through the solution and the domestic and foreign research university art professional concert practice situation, formulate a set of Xi’an Petroleum University concert the project as a case, and based on the case of design of network plan time graph and network plan cost graph, to solve the problems of the concert project case of time and cost control problem. Control network plan time mainly solves the concert project time and cost, network planning chart mainly solves the concert project cost control problems, the effective combination of both. The ultimate aim is to spend the least money to use the shortest time to ensure that the concert project preparatory work smoothly and on schedule to complete the quality and quantity of the concert.A network diagram is designed in this paper can be copied, suitable for use in this specific environment of University, should have a certain value.
