Research On Project Management In State-Owned Performing Organizations

In recent years,the State-owned Performing Organizations have completed the task of reform.In addition to the organizations on the list of the Ministry of Culture,lots of Performing Organizations have changed as enterprises,and the rest have been transferred or canceled.However,all the State-owned Performing Organizations need change.With the developing of the performance market and national cultural exchanges,all troupes must establish a set of management systems to break the average distribution,and to face with the competence for the other arts groups.Project Management has long been widely used in engineering industries.The characteristics of a project are highly similar to a performing program.So,the idea of the project management used by state-owned art organizations is the main content of this paper.Through research the current program management of state-owned performing organizations and analysis the feasibility of the project management,the paper is going to introduce the details of project management in state-owned art organizations.A children opera named“ A little Horse Crosses the River ”is the first one which is operated as a project,and it will be researched as an example then.Finally,there would be some possible problems when the theory of project management is going to be used by all the state-owned art organizations.The paper will make some suggestions.
