The porcelain snuff bottles during the reign of Kangxi, Yongzheng, and QianlongEmperors in the Qsing Dynasty are both exquisitely decorated works in Chinesepottery painting art and an indispensable part of Chinese pottery development history.The decorations of porcelain snuff bottles in this period appeared along with theinvention of porcelain snuff bottles during the reign of Kangxi Emperor, whichdeveloped through the reign of Yongzheng Emperor and prospered in the reign ofQainlong Emperor. Porcelain snuff bottles in these three periods were quite delicatelymade with various beautiful themes and illuminating ornamentation techniques,representing high artistic and historical value and imposing positive impact on thedevelopment of posterior porcelain decoration art.
