The Study On Improving Rural Cultural Soft Power

Rural cultural soft power is a comprehensive development and utilization capacity interms of cultural construction of rural. It’s main body is rural, it’s purpose is the rapiddevelopment of rural economy and the integrated development of the farmers and it’scomponent is the rural cultural capacity of guidance,training,creating,spreading and influence.Rural cultural soft power is not only an important part of comprehensive strength of rural area,but also an embodiment of the national cultural soft power in the countryside.In addition, it’salso the cultural and spiritual force to promote the rural development.This paper uses different methods of document analyses，combining theory withpractice，SWOT analyses studying. This article takes the rural cultural soft power which is amicro perspective of cultural soft power. On the basis of theory of soft power, this article doesa depth analysis on the connotation and constituent elements of rural cultural soft power. Thispaper uses the SWOT analysis method to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities andthreats of rural cultural soft power and put forward the specific countermeasures.The paper ismainly divided into the following five parts：The first part is an introduction to the thesis topic, research ideas, methods andsignificance, status, heavy, difficult and innovative points related to improve the rural culturalsoft power.The second part is mainly describes the connotation and inscape of the rural cultural softpower. The inscape of rural cultural soft power represents five elements in the follows: therural culture cohesion based on the nuclear socialist value system, the rural cultural guaranteebased on culture commonality, the rural cultural productivity based on operative cultureindustry, the rural cultural attraction based on cultural innovation of regional characteristicand the rural cultural influence based on culture transmission and exchange.The third part mainly discusses the importance of development of rural cultural softpower to enhance national cultural soft power,to the construction of the New SocialistCountryside, to the achievement of the integration of urban and rural culture and to therealizability of the Chinese dream.The fourth part mainly uses the SWOT analysis method to analyze the internalconditions and external environment of rural cultural soft power. Rural cultural soft power hasa lot of inherent strengths, such as abundant cultural resources,continuously improvement of cultural quality,formation of public cultural undertakings and cultural industries. However,rural cultural soft power also has some weaknesses, such as the wastage of the culturalresources,the weakness of the public cultural infrastructure, the immature of culturalindustries and the lack of cultural talents. With the continuous development of society,improving the rural cultural soft power is faced with many opportunities included strongeconomic foundation,an important platform from the construction of a new socialistcountryside and technological support. In addition, it is also faced with many threats includedthe mismatching between the soft power and hard power of countryside, the weakness of ruraleconomic foundation and the large gap of cultural soft power between city and rural areas.The fifth part is the countermeasures of improving the rural cultural soft power.According to the analysis of the internal condition and external environment, constructingsocialistic core value system, improving the rural public cultural service system, developingthe rural cultural industries,increasing the influence and attractiveness of rural cultural andbuilding a talent team for rural cultural are put forward to improve the rural cultural softpower.
