Throughout history, mankind concern for their own development problems have never stopped. At the present stage, Along with the advancing of the transformation of Chinese society and the agitating between the old and new Social value system, personal development was lost into a deep confusion, How to choose the direction of personal development, what to become the kind of person, how to be the kind of person? Now, The Self-realization problem stands out.Most scholars from different disciplines and different academic perspectives of self-realization issues were discussed. Among them,Marx called the Free consciously working on self-realization, self-realization of Maslow’s definition is the highest level of man’s "needs."After analysis, the two ideas fit with high intrinsic that is reaching the free and conscious state.The focus of this research is not to distinguish similarities and differences of thought which Marx and Maslow claimed, but to the combination with the two thoughts. The purpose of exploring is finding the way to self-realization.So In this paper,those personality characteristics of self-realization which Maslow described in the article as a reference and the freely and consciously status of Marx’s ideas as the highest goal of self-realization to explore ways to achieve self-realization. Based on the life practice, specific to one area to assiduously work and made great achievements in the field and get community feedback process as the basis, in this process, to a lower level of basic needs of individuals are met, the ability to exercise one’s own to obtain、high-level needs are met, according to this model, the ultimate experience to the freedom and conscious, people become self-fulfilling,...
