Research On Form Design Of Chinese Book

Chinese book form has experienced the evolution process fromtradition to modern, traditional book form has established theunique ethnic charm of our country. When the modern book formbegins to develop, the type-culture begins to appear in largenumbers as a main form of books, but due to the influence of socialenvironment, the book form design begins to sprout, especially thecover design. Chinese book form has been put forward with theevolutionary history of modern book form in China. From the bindingto the transformation of book form design, the author begins toreflection, as the emergence of new forms and the conflicts oftraditional forms, the Chinese book form design begin to have aappeal of return.The research is mainly based on the material analysis andinduction, and have a visual analysis about Chinese traditional bookform and modern form. At the same time, the research focus on theconstitute and thought of book form design, then in the aspect ofthought, analysis the exsiting problems of Chinese book formdesign nowadays, and based on the present situation and theanalysis, the author puts forward the regression consciousness. Atlast, the author hopes to find out the new direction and inspirationof Chinese book form design in multi-cultural environmentnowadays.
