The concept "Job burnout" is put forward in1974, by foreignpsychologists Freudenberger mentioned in an article published forthe first time, has more than40years by many scholars both athome and abroad in the field and made a lot of more in-depthresearch. Teachers’ profession, as the job burnout of natural cause,many researchers pay attention to them. After referring to manydomestic and foreign researches, which discovered that theseresearches have some insufficiencies: Previous studies more focuson job burnout, the development model, influence factors,countermeasures and so on. These reseearches’ objects are mostlyprimary and secondary school teachers, ignores the study ofuniversity teachers’ job burnout. Especially the teachers ofpsychological in university are very easy to ignore. What is thedegree of the psychological worker’s job burnout,?As the importantindicators of psychological function, what the relationship of thepsychological worker’s job burnout and the psychological flexibilityand emotional intelligence? This paper on the basis of previousresearch, mainly discusses the relations among the psychologicalworker’s job burnout, mental flexibility and emotional intelligence.This study selected universities of Shanxi Province, a total of 136serving college psychological workers as the research object,using the questionnaire survey to the emotional intelligence,mental workers in psychological elasticity and job burnout. Bydescribing statistics, correlation analysis and the mediation effecttest, in this paper, the following conclusions:1. The psychological workers existing mild job burnout inuniversity, including emotional attenuation is relatively serious,there is mild self fulfillment, and the personalization is not obvious;2.The level of emotional intelligence in a psychological workers in medium to high level, mental workers in which emotionsawareness and use of ability is strong, self emotion managementand emotional management ability is weak;3.The psychological mental workers in elastic overall is good, it remains to be improved.4. Emotional intelligence and job burnout each dimension ofcollege psychological workers has significant negative correlation;5. College psychological workers elasticity and job burnouteach dimension has significant negative correlation;6. The influence of emotional intelligence on job burnout is notentirely through psychological elastic intermediary role to affect,emotional intelligence has a direct effect on job burnout. Emotionalintelligence have negative prediction function to job burnout as awhole, including emotional intelligence low attenuation to the moodand self fulfillment has significantly negative prediction effect, nosignificant role for the forecast of the personalized. Psychologicaldimensions of job burnout as a whole and elastic have significantlynegative prediction function.
