Examination anxiety and learning burnout are common problems among middle school students.From the perspective of psychological analysis,there is a correlation between the emotional problem of examination anxiety and the psychological defense mechanism of learning burnout.We can solve the problem by exploring the mutual influence between them.Jacobson of psychoanalysis school inherited and developed Freud's "signal theory of anxiety".He pointed out that anxiety contains four factors: stimulus,ego,ability and cognitive evaluation.Starting from the anxiety theory and the defense mechanism theory of psychoanalysis,this study will explore the relationship between test anxiety,learning burnout,emotional intelligence and coping style.This study to 432 students of a middle school in shandong province as the research object,USES the Sarason "test anxiety scale","youth learning burnout scale" and "emotional intelligence scale" and "coping style scale of middle school students" as the research tools,research and test anxiety in junior high school students,learning burnout and the relationship between emotional intelligence and coping styles.In this study,SPSS23.0 was used for variance analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and intermediary test,and the following results were obtained:1.Generally speaking,junior high school students are in the middle level of test anxiety,and nearly 70% of them are in the middle or high level of test anxiety;2.The learning burnout of junior middle school students is in the middle level on the whole,and the emotional intelligence level of junior middle school students is high on the whole;3.Test anxiety,learning burnout and emotional intelligence,that is,coping styles of junior high school students are correlated on the level of total scores.4.Examination anxiety,emotional intelligence and coping style of junior middle school students have predictive effects on learning burnout;5.Middle school students' emotional intelligence plays an intermediary role between examination anxiety and learning burnout;6.Coping styles of junior middle school students play an intermediary role between examination anxiety and learning burnout;7.Emotional intelligence and problem-directed coping play a serial mediating role between test anxiety and learning burnout.
