The Network Economy Moral Missing And Its Countermeasures

Since the nineteen nineties, with the further development of the Internet andapplications, human life also gradually extended to created a new era-the age of theInternet network field. The network economy as an important part of the network life,with its unique timeout, efficiency, convenience and other advantages, is gradually to beaccepted, and promoting social and economic development leap. However, due to Lackof a sound ethical system support due to the existing network of economic activity,coupled with the corresponding laws, institutions have not yet completed theconstruction, making the subject enjoy the network economy convenient also easilyencounter a variety of problems caused by the lack of ethics.The author considers that how to solve the ethical problems has become animportant issue of the healthy development of the network economy urgent. Not onlyhas the urgent practical significance to study the lack of morality and ItsCountermeasures under network economy, but also has important theory meaning.Firstly, based on the current rapid development of the network economy, virtual,pluralism and openness makes all kinds of ethical problems in the network environmenthas increasingly sharp, if these problems are not solved properly will restrict the healthydevelopment of the network economy. Secondly, the network economy ethics as a newcross-discipline of the network economy and network ethics discussion is based oneconomic activity over the Internet platform facing a variety of ethical issues, ethicalconstruction of the healthy development of the network economy also plays animportant role.This paper starts with the basic concept of network economy, network economy ethics, carries on the analysis to the ethics problem existing in the network economy,that the invasion of personal privacy issues, intellectual property issues, the problem ofinformation security and information monopoly are the main problem of China’sInternet economy faces. In view of the above problems, this paper respectively from theperspective of internal causes and external causes, subjective causes three aspects,points out that virtual, openness, pluralism of the subject of network economy;utilitarianism; subject to the network technology used inappropriately; lag legal networkeconomy; network economy related to the lack of supervision; diffusion, moraldeficiency in reality social transition is caused by the lack of morality in networkeconomy. Finally, the author puts forward some suggestions to deal with the lack ofmorality, the network economy includes: the establishment of the basic norms ofnetwork economy; strengthening the moral consciousness; improve the environment ofnetwork economy; strengthen information security education; to further improve thenetwork information technology.
