Research Of The Trisyllables In The 6^th Edition Of Modern Chinese Dictionary

The paper takes the trisyllables in the 6th edition of Modern Chinese Dictionary which is the most authoritative modern Chinese dictionary in our modern linguistic environment edited by Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Institute of Linguistics as a research subject. Based on statistical methods,we will describe and analysis the trisyllables in the 6th edition of Modern Chinese Dictionary in the exhaustive method,then compare with the trisyllables in the 5th edition of Modern Chinese Dictionary.Firstly,the paper carries on the analysis from all the trisyllables and discuss their unique characteristics in grammatical classification, grammatical characteristics, Multi-category words,polysemy,retroflexization and so on,to correct mistakes and shortcomings in previous study.As a kind of syllable in the general words,the grammatical of trisyllables also belong to individual in the general,the same as others,such as nouns,verbs,adjectives,etc,but they are also different from other syllable words in the grammatical features;Multi-category words which marked by dictionary belong to the polyserny or not, mainly to see its various meanings relations between them; A number of ambiguous meaning maximum carrying capacity is four in the 6th edition of Modern Chinese dictionary;Retroflexization in addition to the general terms there is a special kind of compound words and so on.Secondly,focusing on analyzing the part of the deletion and change in the new version compare with the 5th edition of Modem Chinese Dictionary from the morphology,the words sound,the meaning and the typography,it relates to the content is more meticulous and comprehensive,then we found that the revised terms of the meaning is the most in the new version of Modern Chinese Dictionary.Finally,this paper carries on the comparative analysis and studies in the new part of the trisyllables,and aiming at the relationship between the trisyllables and the disyllables,trisyllables between disyllables,and four syllable words,can carry these two kind of retractable words,then the analysis revealed,the main reason of the large quantities of the new trisyllables is the analogy mechanism of the language.
