With the development of film industry, more and more translation researchers pay attention to the film subtitle translation, but seldom of them do the researches about the animated film. In the light of Receptional Aesthetic, this paper, taking Frozen as an example, aims to make the contribution to the subtitle translation of animated film by making the comparative study of two versions of subtitle translation from the following perspectives:vocabulary, rhetoric and syntactic.Constrained by the children traits, the subtitle translation of animated film is different from that of the other films. The comparative study of this paper shows that the two versions above-mentioned are both with the help of Receptional Aesthetic. In the aspect of vocabulary, the correct and simple words that match the children’s knowledge are the best choice. As far as rhetoric is concerned, the abstract rhetoric which is beyond the children’s understanding should be avoided. As to the syntactic level, the sentences must obey the Chinese language rules and the language style should be humorous. In a word, the subtitle translation of animated film takes the children as its "Implied Readers". In the process of translation, the audiences’ changing horizon of expectation ought to be satisfied and the indeterminacies should be filled properly.
