Coping modes are cognition and behavior methods adopted by individuals when dace frustration and pressure. As coping modes vary from person to person, psychological influences caused by different stressful situations on individuals are quite different. Therefore investigating features and influencing factors of individual coping mode exerts significant meanings on improving individual mentality. It has been revealed in a considerable research that the comprehensive modes of parenting and nurturing values, behavior and emotions of parents as well as anti-frustration and the ability, or resilience of individuals gaining from setback play an important role on individual coping modes. So far, there has been little study regarding the relations of the three parties, especially inspecting if resilience will adjust the influences of parenting of parents on coping modes. In addition, the number of vocation school students is increasingly growing, so it is easier for them to have psychological and behavioral problems. However research on this group is relatively rare. Considering this, based on vocational school students, this research will observe and study the influences of parents’ parenting methods on teenagers’coping modes and the regulation effects of resilience on this groupThis research has selected a group of 311 students from two vocational schools in Fuqing, adopted standardized parenting assessment forms, vocational school student resilience questionnaire, coping modes table to measure and examine the parenting methods, resilience and coping modes of parents respectively. SPSS20.0 software is also applied. The research has shown that compared to normal modes, parenting methods of parents rend to be more strict and negative. Through regression analysis, it is found that the parenting methods and resilience of parents effectively predicted the coping modes adopted by students in their lives and at the same time resilience of vocational school students. By further mediation analysis, mediation effects of resilience were more obvious in parenting methods and coping modes, which means the parenting methods of parents can influence coping modes of vocational school students facing difficulties and frustration in their life situations by influencing their resilience. The research outcome has positively revealed the current situation and influencing factors of mental health of vocational school students and provided theoretical guidance to improve the mental health of vocational school students.
