With the developmentof industrialization,the continued deterioration of the global ecology,the environmental issues are also closely watched.Especially since the 17 th national congress of Communist Party of China,the attention of the ecological civilization promote theecological civilization construction to be a strategic choice in fully implementing the scientific concept of development,building a harmonious society and realizing the well-off society in an all-round way,ecological moral education has thus become an organic part of basic education and professional education of school.However,under the influence of historical inertia of the urban-rural dual structure, not only the emergence of the "left-behind children" this special group,according to the 2010 census show the sixth national rural children left-behind 61,025,500,accounting for 21.8% of the national children but they lack of attention to the ecological problems and rural left-behind children’ ecological and moral education is serious deficience.This is not only violate the principle of equality of education,but not conducive to the "four comprehensive",in particular the promotion and implementation of a comprehensive well-off.Therefore,the study of ecological ethics problem of left-behind children in rural areas,and the promotion of ecological ethics of left- behind children are related to building a harmonious society,the success of ecological civilization construction,even to the country’s future and destiny of the nation.Because rural left- behind children are the future of our motherland,the builders of modern city and community,and an important force for economic and social development,improvement of the ecological and moral quality of rural left-behind children can make them better adapt to the development of the future society, similarly, also can make the future society has more ecological consciousness and environmental responsibility of the builders.In this paper,based on the current situation of left-behind children ecological moral and the needof vigorously promoting the construction of ecological civilization,realizing a comprehensive well-off,in view of the rural left-behind children of a systematic research on the ecological moral problems.First of all,combing our traditional ecological ethics thought and the basic theory of traditional environmental ethics,as the basis for the ecological and moral issues theoretical research of left-behind children,considering that left-behind children should respect nature,frugal consumption, and promote harmonious coexistence of man and nature.Secondly,through the questionnaires, interviews and other ways to find left-behind children’s some ecological moral problems in Dangtu County,Anhui Province such as the low degree of concern to environmental problems,the weak ecological consumption consciousness,and low motivation of participating in protecting environment activities,mainly because of our traditional influence "anthropocentrism" concept,the traditional concept of themarket economy-oriented education for left-behind children in consumer attitudes,effective way to solve is to change the traditional concept of ecological ethics,strengthen propaganda,implement ecological and moral education.Thirdly, advocate to strength the ecological moral education as the starting point,create the eco-ethics courses, develop the ecological moral practice,creating campus ecological culture,and change the education concept of teacher,at the same time,give play to the role of guardian’s example,through the family and the villages cooperation,improve the ecological moral accomplishment of left-behind children,help left-behind children in rural establish a correct ecological ethics in our country,develop good ecological ethical behavior and promote their view of nature,society,the outlook on life and the values of comprehensive and coordinated development,and to build a harmonious society,to achieve a comprehensive training of qualified builders and successors.Left-behind children growing up in the countryside, but whatever the future they are to stay in the countryside or urban, ecological and moral good and evil children left behind to determine their future is to be a facilitator of social and ecological construction or destroyer, therefore,parents of children left behind not because life required or forced to work to the neglect of children left behind ecological ethics, schools should maintain the right to ecological and moral education of children left behind, left-behind children into society victims to avoid ecological and moral environment, to ensure that children stay healthy and comprehensive development.
