Rural labor force outgoing while promoting the progress of rural economy,but al so formed a new social influence,especially the children's education,medical care,et c.,to the emergence of the "floating children","left behind children".For China's curr ent census register system of the city there are part of the treatment of rural surplus 1 abor force analysis,the welfare population and urban population is not the same,so it usually case will not bring the child to go out.China in 2014,the number of left b ehind children is about 58 million people,while the number of rural left behind child ren less than fourteen years of age is higher than 40 million.And the data will be st able over a long period of time,and showed a steady upward trend.This paper is di vided into six chapters,the first chapter is the preface.The second chapter is the defi nition of related concepts.The definition of rural left behind children and the educatio n of left behind children in rural areas were defined.In the third chapter,the research on the left behind children in the rural areas of Zoucheng Province,Shandong Provi nce,on the basis of this,according to the first-hand data of the research,the paper f ocuses on the analysis of the present situation of the left behind children in Zoucheng City,Shandong province.Zoucheng City,Shandong Province,the fourth chapter mainl y analyzes the rural left behind children education problem of the causes of lacking,i ncluding to carry on the analysis from the major-factors of family factors,school fact ors,the government factors and social factors.The fifth chapter is the typical case stu dy of the education of left behind children in china.The cases of mental health educ ation of rural left behind children in Mudanjiang area of Heilongjiang province and th e case of rural left behind children education in Shangli County of Jiangxi province were analyzed.In the sixth chapter,we put forward specific measures to improve the education of left behind children in rural areas of Zoucheng Province,Shandong Provi nce,the first is to improve the relevant policy support.Secondly,to improve the awar eness of parents on mental health education.To improve school education.Finally to strengthen the community of caring for the left behind children.strengthen the commun ity of caring for the left behind children.
