As an important force to protect social production, development, transport employees has made tremendous contributions to social construction and development. Their physical and mental health will affect society, so this kind of people deserves attention, and the research for physical and mental health of them will certainly be closely watched of social sciences. Based on previous studies, the object of this research was the transport employees in liaocheng city, and the method to collect data was questionnaire survey. In the statistical phase, the research has used analysis of variance approach to explore the factors that demographic variables had an influence on the work stress, burnout and performance of the samples. In this research, Correlation analysis method has been used to explore the relationship among work stress, burnout and performance, and regression analysis method has been used for the discussion that how the working pressure had an influence on burnout and performance and how burnout affect job performance. Finally, the medium role that work burnout played on work pressure and work performance has been exam and analyzed.The results shows that,1. Work pressure of transport employees scores 2.89± 0.76,and the degree is in medium-low level.During job burnout, emotional exhaustion scores2.96±0.78,cynicism scores 2.76±0.90 and low accomplishment scores 3.84 ± 0.65.As a whole,the degree of job burnout is mediun-low. Work performance scores 4.01±0.50,so in general,work perfoemance is hign.2. Gender, age, education level, marital status, work experience, position and other demographic Variables has some influence on job stress, job burnout and job performance.3. the relationship among work stress,burnout and performance is that,(1) The dimensions of work stress and two demensions of emotional exhaustion and cyniciasm presents a significant positive correlation.There is no correlation between low achievement and job stress itself,but low achievement and other dimensions of job stress presented a significant negative correlation.(2) With work performance,contextual performance and the whole table of work performance,job stress itself doesn’t exist correlation,but other dimensions of job stress exists a significant negative correlation.(3) There is a significant negative correlation among The two demensions of job stress,emotional exhaustion and cynicism, all the dimensions of work performance and the whole table. There is a significant positive correlation among The demension of job burnout,low achievement, all the dimensions of work performance and the whole table.(4) Job burnout plays a mediating role between work stress and job performance.
