This study aimed to investigate the personality of this special group of bank employees to cope with job burnout of each variable differences in demographic variables, as well as the relationship of personality trait, coping style and the job burnout. On one hand to further deepen the understanding of the bank staff burnout mechanism to provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the psychological environment of the bank staff;On the other hand, to help bank employees more aware of their own personality and choose the positive response to reduce job burnout;Based on the literature review, this study take the Big five personality (NEO), Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI-GS), and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ) as a measurement tool, random cluster528bank employees sampling from different banks in areas, the conclusions from the data for statistical analysis as follows:1.Bank employees in job burnout belong to the middle level,use of positive coping under pressure,the personality trait, coping and job burnout in different gender, age, marital status, educational qualifications and work experience. 2. Personality agreeableness, openness, extraversion, responsibility was positively correlated with active coping style was negatively correlated with negative coping.3.Sense of responsibility, agreeableness and extraversion performance can positive predictive on the emotional exhaustion, role of neuroticism is its negative predictive;Agreeableness and Conscientiousness negative predictor of cynicism.4. Negative coping partially mediated the psychological capital and job burnout.
