With the advent of the Internet age, more and more people turn to travelling in the internet world, so that the number of online video users increased substantially, and Chinese online video market scale expands unceasingly; The number of video broadcast channels are increased; Some television stations carry out the implement independent broadcast strategic while TV royalties increasing; In addition,the habits of the people changes with the development of the society;blundering mood, "fragmentation" of leisure time and space and all situations that mentioned above are the reasons why the short and pithy, humorous, social hotspots closed network homemade video gradually replaces the place of the lengthy videos of TV, and becomes the first choice of people.2014 is defined as a network of homemade video "Year One". This year, network homemade development spurt with the large number and varying quality of network homemade filling in the internet. In order to cause people attention, a lot of vulgar video breaks the order of the network.
