Alice Munro knows the world through writing female individual experience, in the world which is built by her with provocative details and the narrative of time and distance disappear, women’s mood, feelings, desires, dreams and so on, these consciousness and situations which are hidden behind their daily life get more attention. But she does not openly challenge man’s dominant via using the impressively hard and strong attitude and the opposite position. In the various crack of relationships, on the contrary, she puts women’s situations which are narrow and difficult into the normal agony naturally. At the same time, she calmly observes everything without the slightest moral evaluation and the projection of the value, but the text contains multivariate and transcendent thought of postfeminism. Though the famous short stories ‘escape’ are the focus of the feminism battlefield, in fact she goes further than feminism in the light of woman’s destiny. She transcends the limitations of the binary opposition under the postfeminism perspective and thought, and fully respects the liquidity and the contradiction state of female identity, and transfers gender difference from feminist rejects to post feminism’s acceptance.Based on postfeminism theory, this paper reviews the author consideration of women’s living conditions and the efforts of providing the possibility for the construction of female discourse, and tries to pull away the insight and the expression of women’s life story, the idea about decentalisation, multiple dimensions of gender, inclusive trend of gender differences and intersubjective tends of gender relations from the text, and shows her heavy responsibility of women which seems like the attitude of the spectator.Even if the Grand narratives of the novel filtering a magnificent, downplayed the story of ups and downs, but the simplicity and clarity of the text still charm does not reduce, even small, to pluralistic and dialectical and active after the feminist standpoint as the base, in seemingly casual descriptions demonstrate its transcendence in opposition and seeking meaning. Although Munro has never been given any set of answers, it can still see it in she thought highly of man and nature, man and world, man and man, between tradition and modernity, the family and social relationships, such as thinking, behind seemingly ordinary life really is a microcosm of society was heavy.
