With the developing of people’s material life, we want more to enrich our spirit.As spiritual enjoyment and a kind of entertainment, it’s benefited for people who live in the modern cities for a long time to go to cinemas to have fun and relax themselves.Wanda cinema has become the top cinema of the world and the only cinema which operated, managed, arranged films, branded by a whole company in China. For one thing, there have been many domestic researches to Wanda complex, or to the marketing patterns of cinemas, but to the marketing strategies of Wanda cinema in specially there are few people to study. For another, it is meaningful to research Wanda cinema’s marketing strategies to discover the winning point of marketing and problems of development, analyzing the reason, and solving problems.In this paper, we research and analyze the marketing strategies of Wanda cinema according to the theories of Marketing. First, analyze the inner and outer circumstances of Wanda cinema’s marketing. To study the surrounding of the developing of Wanda cinema, to analyze and compare with its competitors, to research for its marketing ideas, operating patterns, marketing teams, and equipments. Second, do market segments from population, region, behavior, psychology and at last decide the target market. Make market positioning of brand, service and image and make the final dicesion. Third, according to the result of market segments and market positioning, to analyze product strategies, place strategies, price strategies and promotion strategies in different side and depth.In a word, the article’s creative point is written based on the study of marketing strategies of various industries and cinemas, to do the research pointed at Wanda cinema which is a special individual, to make the target market decision which includes moving to second tirel cities, choosing people whose age between 18-35, the one who unmarriaged, paid 1500-5000 per month, and got an education of college anddo the final market positioning which is based on high grade brand, high quanlity services and perfect image and to make creative marketing strategies accord with its development. Finally, to inspire for companies’ growth in future and for the marketing of Chinese cinemas.
