As the living standards improved significantly, long distance travel from unusual "experience" has become one of the important ways of modern people to relax and relieve stress. Different strange environment often gives people the feeling of tension and anxiety, so there need to provide customers a service which can quickly understand the surrounding environment. As a result, the design of public information guidance system became an important part of tourism service resource planning.With the Experience economy era’s coming, under the traditional economy of tourism public information guiding system design has can’t meet a deeper and more exquisite the emotional needs of people. Therefore, this article through to the investigation and analysis of tourism public information guide facilities at home and abroad. According to the characteristics of the product under the experience economy, the article put forwards based on the entertainment, and put forwards such as interesting, happy, sweet emotional experience elements as the center of experiential design thought. The article based on the demand for tourism consumers’ consumption psychology and behavior and based on the analysis of the research, by using RMP(Resources analysis, Market analysis, product analysis) macro model design method, TAI(Theme, Activities, Image)microscopic model design method, experiential design method and mental simulation " Game of make-believe " and other relevant design method to solve the tourism environment public information guiding system to interact with visitors emotion experience the problem of the missing. Introduce new design ideas and methods for tourism public information guidance system design, and with such ideas to accomplish specific tourism public information guiding system design scheme.Finally this thesis takes the theme park Da Tang Fu Rong garden as an example. First of all, takes an in-depth study and analysis for its design concept and positioning. Secondly, combining with the experience design, environment behavior and related theories, such as depth development, and based on the current tour guide system design principle. On the lotus garden guide system design method was summarized preliminarily, formed a relatively complete set of tourism public information guiding system of experiential design process. Thirdly, this article points out that under the era of experience economy, tourism public information guiding system research focus from the past "dot" to "line", namely from facilities design of a single orientation to starting from the planning and design process of tourism consumers thought transformation. Finally, the article for the traveling public information guidance system design and development provides a new thinking direction, looking for opportunity to rethink how to design the guide system under the experience economy. At the same time, also provides consumers the new ways to get more rich experience.
