Tatar enjoys long-standing history and tradition and brilliant civilization. Influenced by its history, national characters and existing environment, Tatar is prone to diversification in culture communication. In particular, boosted by culture diversification in metropolis culture, different regions are booming by mutual adaption. Modern culture conception’s impact on Tatar is a tendency for its development. The change of Tatar’s dance becomes a necessity. By investigating and analyzing the change of Tatar’s dance, the author would in all aspects reveal the reasons and impacts. The author prefers to explain the concerned background of dance in Tatar from the influence of nature, cultural zoology, and geo-culture. The author explains performance situations, standard classifications and conceptions and analyzes the modern change of Tatar dance in performance situations, inheritors, inherited ways, dance bodies, dance music, aesthetics of Tatar dance and changes of social and practical functions. On the question of Tatar culture changes, we can learn modern changes of Tatar dance through the absorption of new elements from others, social changes and changes of Tatar dance, the relationship between culture adaption and the existence of Tatar dance, the impact of modern culture conception on the changes of Tatar dance and culture approval on Tatar dance. Above all, on modern times under the effects of economic globalization and west development project, different regions, nationalities and groups communicate more frequently. We can see Tatar dance culture is centered by its traditional culture and absorbs other culture in a critical way. It absorbs both the advantages of European culture and the essence of Xinjiang dance culture. Tatar is reputed by its folk music and dance with its characteristics in dance creation among national minorities in Xinjiang.
