The Research Of Children’s Dance Sport Current Training Situation And Countermeasures In Nanjing And Xuzhou City

Children’s dance sport has gradually become more and more popular in recent years with our society’s progress. Dance Sport, a new type of sports,its theoretical research and practical experience are still relatively weak compared to other foreign countries, and in some aspects are still not mature enough in Children’s dance sport training. This article uses the literature material law, interview, questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics methods, analyzing and studying children’s dance sport training status quo in Nanjing and Xuzhou, the conclusions as following:First, dancing and teaching levels as well as comprehensive quality of children’s dance sport teachers in both cities remain to be improved. And the main problems are:to begin with, the average education level of children’s dance sport teachers is not high, the ones with college degree account for most of the teachers both in Nanjing and Xuzhou; and then, the knowledge structures of children’s dance sport teachers are imperfect in both cities; again, teachers’ teaching methods and means are traditional in some degree, which are so inflexible that influence the learning and the teaching quality in turn in the process of children’s dance sport training.Second, dance sport is a non-Olympic emerging sports project that has a widespread crowd base, the money of state and government for basic construction and team building of dance sport is extremely insufficient, the dance sport is developing vigorously, few amounts of money for cultivation of reserve talents, the provinces and cities set up various kinds of dance sport training base, schools running by the national government is quite poor.Third, the policy for children’s dance sport training of dance sport associations and organizations in Nanjing and Xuzhou city is not comprehensive; the associations and the communication and collaboration between dance sport associations and organizations is less, which influences the development of dance sport in both cities seriously.Forth, Traditional ideas and consciousness make the emerging sports project--dance sport has serious limitations. Most of parents believe that dancing is girls’ patent, leading to children students’ gender imbalance in dance sport training schools of Nanjing and Xuzhou; people’s awareness of the prospects for the development ofdance sport is not enough, parents will not choose to support their children to be professional dancers, this traditional concept directly affects the development of children’s dance sport.Fifth, teaching and training contents of these children’s dance sport training institutions in Nanjing and Xuzhou are disorderly, ignoring to choose the appropriate teaching and training contents embarks from the students’ actual situation. Children’s dance sport’s teaching contents in Nanjing and Xuzhou lack of scientific and systemic,so the unscientific influence factors will always be with children’s dance sport training and teaching process, hindered the healthy development of children’s dance sport training.Sixth, training facilities in different scales dance sport institutions in Nanjing and Xuzhou are still not perfect, few training institutions is equipped with standard dance floor, internal video facilities, such as multimedia classroom of training institutions are not perfect either, the most basic objective security for dance sport training can not be further complete, it causes a certain influence of the continued development of the dance sport training in Nanjing and Xuzhou.Seventh, children’s dance sport acting activities held by dance sport associations in Nanjing and Xuzhou are not enough, even there are a lot of students have never attended any activities, the children’s dance sport competition mechanism is imperfect.With the investigation of the status quo of the children’s dance sport in Nanjing and Xuzhou, put forward the following suggestions for the problems: the government of both cities increase investment, training institutions should increase awareness of education; attaches great importance to foster and improve the dance teachers’ comprehensive ability in Nanjing and Xuzhou; dance sport associations and organizations in both cities should strengthen communication and cooperation together; increase the propaganda of children’s dance sport, improve its popularity; to formulate unified teaching material as soon as possible, to determine the reasonable standard teaching contents; improve dance sport venues and facilities; a sound system of dance sport competition and regulations should be established in Nanjing and Xuzhou.
